I have been creating hand forged blades for many years and been enjoying working in the Japanese traditional style. All my blades are forged from monosteel bar stock in various 10xx steels. My blades are clay hardened and water quenched giving them a true hamon with lots of activity. I only forge blades and let the fittings for other craftsmen.
I have forged at least 60 blades over the years and never had a disatisfied customer or had a blade fail. I have sold blades all over the world including the following countries:

All blades are made to order and are all in the Hira Zukuri style and have typical sugata(shape) as the blades pictured I only allow for the length of nagasa.Payment terms will be 1/2 down and the remainder when the blade is complete.
Unfinished blades (fully forged and tempered not polished)

Finished blades (polished to 800 grit)
$40.00 per inch of nagasa
